Distressed Vintage Oxus Desert in Grey & Beige Rug

Experience wise, worst company I’ve ever ordered from or worked with. TERRIBLE customer service and completely ripped me off and never sent me the other rug I ordered. First off, the code they sent me never worked and I was supposed to get 20% off my first order. They took my money and waited almost 2 weeks to tell me one of the ones I ordered was out of stock. At this point I wasn’t impressed quality wise and wanted a refund and didn’t want to support a company like this. They said they couldn’t do that and ghosted me. They never replied to my other emails or sent me a replacement rug. They never signed their name in emails and I found the whole experience extremely unprofessional. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

BUYER BEWARE. The rug is great but 2 weeks after it arrived I received a $155 duties bill DESPITE the fact that I paid for duties and shipping at time of purchase. Great rug, but worth almost $800 dollars including hidden duty fees? Absolutely NOT.

The colors are perfect for the room and furniture.
