Vintage Tanner Elegance in Natural Rug

I have asked for a refund and would like to return it. It doesn’t lay flat and it moves and gathers under the feet. I tried it in two different rooms. It doesn’t work for me . Thank you

Poor customer service. Took too long to get back to my email and did not answer phone. When I did hear back from customer service they did not solve the problem that was caused on their end. Would not recommend this company for these reasons.

Wrong rug was sent. Does not match what shows in the picture. I have sent email with attached photos showing the wrong rug was sent. It has been over 5 days and no response from the company yet. Very disappointed with customer service.
