Vintage Tanner Elegance in Natural Rug

Poor customer service. Took too long to get back to my email and did not answer phone. When I did hear back from customer service they did not solve the problem that was caused on their end. Would not recommend this company for these reasons.

It’s a very pretty rug, I think I need to get a rug pad because it is very thin but I knew that when I bought it. The colours are better in person then on the website. I had based my purchase off of one of the Instagram review photos and I’m glad I did.
