This is the coffee that proved to me how a fresh, FRESH decaf can taste even yummier than a standard bean. I'm sensitive to caffeine but love coffee, and have settled on this for my decaf mix-in for the past 2 years+ after a lot of trying here and there :-)) I make mine with an Aeropress, with a medium-fine grind and about 5min immersion time. The aromas that come are indeed a really sweet, fragrant, biscuit / golden situation. If you mix 50/50 decaf like I do, I think this pairs well with anything that has adjacent or similar notes :-) thank you Cowpresso!! I had to do monthly subscription for this beans. great taste for dark roast lovers who hates acidity. flavorful, full of aroma. tried the cheaper decaf options at redmart and stores, but everything tasted flat or wrong after this beans. highly recommended.
