B-17G Bomber PlaneTag Serial# 44-83387

The B-17G Plane Tag is excellent. It shows the wear & tear of it’s life which makes it very special. The tag is cleaned up just enough to be able to put the information about the plane on it. The history of the plane can be found on the website which is an added bonus. I had to buy one! I would highly recommend Plane Tags to any aviation buff. The B-17 is one of my favorite planes. My husband surprised me with a gift years ago, a ride in a B17 in Orlando. They’re very loud and the fuel smell is ever-present and this was a brief “tour” around north Orlando. It makes one appreciate what the B-17 crews went through during their combat missions. Despite the fact that this aircraft never saw combat, I love that it was part of some of my favorite WWII movies. So, this B-17G Plane Tag is definitely something special for me.
