Bought this tie to match my all black attire for prom, knew I could trust Art of the Gent. Third tie I've bought from them, second knit tie, and possibly my favorite now. The white background can make it seem a shade lighter, but trust me when I say that it is a very dark tie. Not charcoal, black, simple as. The material is excellent, as is to be expected, and it really helped sell the look more than a regular untextured tie ever could.

Great looking tie!! Wore it to a Black Tie Optional Wedding and got many many compliments on it! So glad I wore it!
