great product! I am using for soup and mixing with rice. Easy to use and tastes even better than I expected. Also, texture rehydrates to being similar to fresh. Will definitely be ordering again.

Useful, Tasty and all around Great Mushrooms

These are the best dried/dehydrated mushrooms that I have found. They rehydrate quickly, they are not crispy, they actually have flavor and there is no waste. Favorite usage is adding to ramen along with dried veggies; but, I use them in chicken soup, pasta sauces, and makes great chicken masala!
