I've always been nervous about defrosting meats but wanted good-quality steak from a butcher. I used to go into the brick-and-mortar but as that's no longer available, I tried the shipped option. Shipping was fast (within two days), secure, and well-preserved. The steak — defrosted and cast-iron grill pan-cooked — was AMAZING and elevated my Thanksgiving dinner.
