Shipping foul-up

The steaks are delicious, as are all Goodstock products! However, the foul-up was that I received the usual notice that the steaks had left GS but when I tried to track the shipment, the info showed that they never left Round Rock. I called GS and they assured me they had left. Tracking still showed that they had not left. Finally the steaks arrived, in perfect condition, but the tracking still showed they were in Round Rock. Irritating and time consuming to check and follow-up on.

Best beef ever!

I don't buy anything but Nolan Ryan beef. I have always bought through Kroger, but I would rather go straight to the source! Thank you!!

I haven't eaten one yet, so its premature to rate the taste but they do look well trimmed and marbled.
