Solid experience

I thought this would be plug and play for my 2015 q50. My installer had to mount control board. Was an extra hour of labor. I'm pleased with the performance a couple of weeks in. If it lasts, will be nice upgrade for my Q. UNAVI had the product to me quickly and communicated via emails. I would recommend.

UNAVI Does it again!

As someone with no prior tech experience, I found the installation process surprisingly straightforward. Popping in the sub-board and connecting the ribbons does require some patience and a delicate touch, but the whole process is manageable. Once installed, the system performs smoothly. I experienced no lag, and CarPlay worked just as expected. It seamlessly integrates Apple CarPlay into your car's existing system, making navigation, music, and calls a breeze. The only downside I found is the audio connection. It would be great if UNAVI could better integrate with the car's OEM USB system, allowing simultaneous use of UNAVI and the OEM audio connection without relying on a Bluetooth connection. Despite this, UNAVI has met or maybe even exceeded my expectations.
