2016 Explorer Interceptor remote start

Works as advertised. Was not as easy to install due to difficulty getting to ignition switch harness.

10/10 Would Recommend!

Initially I ordered the wrong part. The return process was simple and Aiden was great to work with. This was my second 12Volt Solutions install. This one was a little more involved, but still only took about 15 minutes. I'm very happy with the product and the service.

Poor communication

No support won't answer phone calls no instructions on installation where included in box takes about 2 or 3 weeks for emails to be answered still don't have installed yet due to no instructions on website won't let you get specific vehicle install videos for explorer intercepter utility
