I love this bag. However it was a bit smaller than expected

Excellent experience from initial customer service enquiring about a product to my request for grey stitching on the monogram which wasn’t a colour option for my choice of bag. Nothing was a problem and camilla was delightful to deal with. Bag delivered in good time after a slight delay but was reassured again by Camilla by responding so promptly on a Saturday! Bag was even better than in pictures and quality feels and looks excellent. So many of these leather bags have material straps but this is all leather so much better. Have used on one trip so far and unfortunately some stitching has opened up on the leather pad on the long shoulder strap which I will have to get mended. Otherwise I still love this bag and wouldn’t be deterred from buying here again.
