Satisfies my Pho cravings

I got a really great tip to open your spice packet and mix it in with the bouillon. Star anise is strong. You can taste the licorice. I can see bits of lemongrass, and I think there is coriander in it. I don’t care for cloves or cinnamon. So, I am currently satisfying my vegetarian Pho cravings. I like 9g 2 tsp in one cup of veggie broth for extra flavor. Tasty!
