My preference, but I would prefer no sugar in this recipe. This might be a specific regional style, but it didn't work for me. The only thing I can think to make this more palatable for me is to add chili to make it spicy. I did like the spice packs (x2) included. If there is a future version with no sugar I will definitely buy that one since phở gà is one of my favorite dishes. This does not turn me off from the brand. I bought all the soup bases, and am working through them. Bbh was the only other one I've tried, and it's my favorite of the two. Gave that one 5 stars.
