Insulin review
I was advised to take a laxative prior to having a Hysterectomy and chose to start taking Inulin rather than a harsh laxative. Along with eating the rainbow and not eating anything processed.. this product has become part of creating harmony in my belly. I add it to my morning coffee. I am happy with it.
