Bought a used kast king reel missing a cap

Contacted kast king for the missing cap and they sent me one right. Paid 7 bucks for the reel at a garage sale clean it up and new line and it’s not my favorite reel to use. First day with caught 3 northern pike in an hour. Lucky rod and reel. :-)

Experience what great actuality talking to a person that knows these reels. I told them the cocnern and they knew the fix right away. They assit me on ording what i needed. Best customer service ive had.

Very pleased that being able to order additional reels is an option, and felt that they were packaged very well and arrived quickly after being ordered. The only downside is, this is the second time I had ordered them, and it would be nice to be able to select the item on the website and be informed if it was out of stock instead of submitting a payment and putting what I want as text in the description. Admittedly, you were very quick to let me know that it was out of stock at the time and refunded my purchase price promptly. I waited a few weeks and emailed support to ask if they had them in stock, and they said that they were unable to check on that, and that I just needed to place the order and they would refund it if they didn't have it in stock. Honestly, in this day and age, I should be able to see if the desired parts are in stock at the time of ordering. I waited awhile longer, and finally place the order again and it went through. I didn't have any issues with the parts or support personnel, just would prefer that the website ordering process was a little more streamlined. (For background, I have 40+ years in the IT industry, much of it being an application and web developer, and have been a Senior DBA for the last 10 years). Still a KastKing fan by the way!
