I installed this over the weekend and included the steering wheel control adapter. The MVA-81 is doing a fair job. It’s is hard for people on the phone to hear me when I’m in the GX470 SUV - but it does work. Significantly, I can use the Bluetooth on the radio to listen to podcasts, music and telephone. Nothing about the steering control adapter works (pity). But overall satisfactory set up. Before this I used a BT-45 adapter, but there were no radio controls in that set up. Good luck👍
