Internal Angled Chair Leg Protectors | Leaning Chairs

The angle moulding for the insert stems has ridges rather than fins, like the standard square caps. This made them much harder to get started and insert. I finished up under-cutting the ridges with a hacksaw to make them more like the more-flexible fins. I also made a notch in a small block of wood to match the moulding shape. This allowed direct hammering into the chair legs.

What I was really after was an external rubber angled 25mm protector to match one that went missing BUT the internal ones you gave me matches and balances up well on my workbench ... and I have some spares. Thanks heaps!
