Kokos Coconut Gouda

Fabulous surprise

From the minute I put this cheese in my mouth, it melted so creamy and the lightest flavor of coconut, it was just inspiring. Never have I ever had anything as wonderful as this cheese.

I accidentally came upon the coconut cheese last year, and introduced it to my large family ... they have not been able to stop talking about it!!

I was so skeptical about having coconut cream in cheese but this flavor combination is absolutely fantastic! I will say this is my all time favorite cheese because I do enjoy coconut and the amazing flavor of a quality gouda and the two together is simply amazing. Who would have thought?
