Ordering was simple, good discount given and item arrived a few days later. I bought the fixed head version as did not fancy or need a movable or swivel head, item looks good quality.

Cable did not work with CarPlay, Bad Customer Service

Cable did not work with CarPlay. Product page provides a warning about that, which is great, but when I went to initiate a return I was ignored by customer service after a certain point. Would not recommend buying from this company.

The fact that it allows connectivity to car play in my vehicle is great. However the slightest movement causes the magnet connection to disconnect. No longer using it.
