Seated Row Machine w/ Independent Arms

This was exactly what my gym was missing. It loads easily, it was easy to put together. The order was delivered very quickly. It doesn't take a lot of room up in the gym, but it packs a great back workout.

Great Home Gym Addition

This is my 3rd equipment purchase from Valor Fitness and when I need more, I will buy from Valor.Shipping was fast, and item was well packaged with no damage. Installation was easy as well, took about an hour to assemble (just me). Machine works great for heavy single arm with the swivel handles. I prefer single arm over both arms with this machine as it is harder squeeze my lats with both arms but that may be because I’ve only used it for 2 workouts. Valor equipment is great. Im a home gym only competitive bodybuilder in my 40’s and can assure you Valor equipment is tough and can handle vigorous use.

Very happy to add this machine to my home gym. Great value for the price. Smaller footprint than comparable models, but just as effective. I had a small issue with plug caps being damaged during shipping, which Ivan in Customer Service resolved with no hassle.
