I have always purchased Turner Hats because they hold up very well and shade my face and neck when walking or doing lawn work.

Hat quality is perfect. However, I am disappointed that this is different from the ones I have ordered before. You see, I wear a small and this hat came as a S/M. Yeah, my bad.... I should have known it would be one of those elastic hat bands that will hopefully make it fit small & medium, which it will never properly fit either. I have spent a lot of time putting felt hatband spacers inside the hat band attempting to make it wearable. Not there yet!!!!

Hat is perfect, but not as perfect as your customer service. Thanks to Grace you will have a customer for life.
