My impression? well I bought it for a reason or two! and at 500g it is about the right quantity to put with the whole rump I have bought, and it goes well with the mincemeat as well.
The top reason for buying it is the fact it is so nutritionally dense. I want 'bang for buck!" and in this beef liver I certainly get that considering the quality of product.
Pasture raised and grass-fed is the best.
