Great book with tons of workouts!
The book starts with a few phases that help the absolute beginner become proficient with the jump rope and the various movements. From then on it's chock full of different workouts to keep things interesting and allow the practitioner to target various objectives.
I'm currently working in the "Conditioning Phase" of the book and look forward to advancing to the next phase and some the more advanced programming.
