Beaded Speed Jump Rope

I have not received the blue jump rope that I ordered. Instead, I received a yellow/green jump rope. I immediately contacted customer service to correct the order, but still don’t have the blue jump rope and don’t know what is happening. Mistakes happen, but I am baffled that this seemingly simple error wasn’t quickly fixed.

Loving my new rope. Only two weeks into skipping and I feel great adding a move to my jumping each day or two. The rope feels like good quality and perfect weight. Thanks Buddy! JG
