2 Months, Still Waiting - Brutal Customer Service
We ordered this item as a Christmas gift in November and were assured that it would be delivered We ordered this item as a Christmas gift in November and were assured that it would be delivered in time, along with a Hat, T-Shirt and free sticker. Apparently there would be 3 shipments- 1 for the exhaust, 1 for the t-shirt, and 1 for the hat. After about 6 weeks we finally received the hat which is great, but was still waiting on the exhaust. We got hammered at the border for unexpected duty, and and when the exhaust finally arrived they shipped the wrong one. It came with a chrome tip instead of black, and the exhaust itself was for the wrong vehicle. We didn't realize this until after we had already removed the existing exhaust and were ready to install the new one. The box packaging indicate the correct order, and one of their reps (Cam) even signed the packing slip- but it was the wrong one in the box. I have been asking for a manager to phone me so I can have a conversation over the phone and to give an opportunity to make things right, but we are only getting short & snippy email responses back from their Customer service rep. We still don't have the exhaust we ordered and paid for, we don't even have an ETA for the correct one, no tracking number, and no updates on timing.
