Plants sick. Terrible customer service

Both photinias were sick with leaf spot disease. Two emails to customer service went unanswered. There's no number to customer service so I called the store, who passed along the message and assured me of a refund and that my email to customer service would be answered. It took two phone calls and still the email is unanswered. Avoid this place.

The bushes came well packaged Bery nice full size three gallon plants. I am very pleased so far.
