Description
We toast fresh pecans and then pulverize them to a fine dust, add maple sugar and a balanced amount of kosher salt and a pinch of nutmeg. Great on salmon or whitefish sprinkled on a salad or tossed with stir-fried shrimp.

We use this mixture on everything from chicken to fish to grilled fruit to grilled vegetables. One of my husbands favorites and you should see our spice cupboard.
