1 Pound Chicken Breast fillet not fat

A bit thin

A fair amount of chicken but it used to be a little thicker so you could make things out of it like a chicken burger etc. Now it's a lot of very thin slices that I can't do much with.

Well sliced and presented.

I mix this in with spinach or squash. Add great flavor, consistent texture. Doesn't produce a lot of water when fried, because no fat
