I have a fallen arch on one foot. The arch support cushions the foot so that it doesn't hurt when stepping on something hard. Very comfortable.

These are great. These supports have even made a 2 year old pair of shoes feel very comfortable just when I thought it was time to throw them

I had a fractured pelvis a few years ago and my feet pronate now. The arches are very nice quality;but, it is really hard to peel two layers off of each one. I finally got it done! Make sure you know exactly where you want to place the arch support. Adhesive really sticks tight. I would buy them again.
