Richland Pillar Candle 2"x9" Ivory Set of 10

My package arrived in a flimsy box, 6 out of 10 candles were broken in half. I needed all 10 for an event. It was difficult to get through to customer service and when I actually spoke to someone I was informed I would only be reimbursed for the broken candles. The four unbroken were of no use to me since I needed all 10.

Excellent quality in their products.
