3 wedding lantern glass inserts were found broken and I had to locate a vendor with the correct size glass insert. Was recommended to this company. Ordering was super easy, they arrived fast and fit the lanterns perfectly. Very grateful it all worked out for us!! AMAZING Service!

Some of the items in my original item arrived broken (it happens!) and upon reporting the broken items, I promptly received a replacement; It took me a while to finally open the box with the replacement items, but I was pleased to find today that not only the replacement arrived intact, but where I had also ordered small votive holders and only 1 was broken, I received an entire new set as part of the replacement and all are intact! Thank you so much for such AMAZING service!

Order process was easy, shipment was fast and the product was as expected. Now, one of the boxes contained 4 broken vases but, the company quickly sent replacements. Great customer service!
