SoftStartRV™ – RV A/C Soft Start Controller For Air Conditioners And Heat Pump Units

I was aware of this product but not sure it would really allow my a/c to work on 15 amps. I couldn’t get the a/c compressor to turn on after installation. I contacted support and they contact me that evening. I needed to move one wire that I didn’t place correctly. After that it works great.

The soft start works great but the technical support is non-existent. I submitted technical supports tickets twice and never received any assistance. Luckily, I was able to figure things out myself.

It's nice to have a product that works!

It's nice to have a product that, for once, does what it says it'll do. Easy installation, great directions, and when I did have a question support responded immediately! Outstanding
