Sublime Swine^®

Love this stuff!

This is our favorite Denny Mike's rub. We use it all the time, on chicken more than pork ('cuz we eat more chicken than pork). We bake wings/drumettes in oven then mix up this with a bit of brown sugar, sprinkle it on the wings, and finish them on the grill. The sugars caramelize and they end up a little smokey, with a sweet heat profile. Great combo! This dish is a staple in our home. But we use and very much enjoy Sublime Swine on pulled pork and ribs too! We enjoy Turkey Lurkey and Chick magnet also. Chick magnet makes a yummy chicken salad. Did miss the samples you used to send. I liked sharing them with friends to help spread the word!
