Fintastic Afishionado
This is hands down the best fish spice I've ever used- so much so that we willingly paid the duty and the exchange rate from U. S. to Canadian dollars to have it shipped to the Toronto area. Love it on barbecued Salmon or Trout. I spice the flesh side of a fillet and cook it on te skin side until the flesh turms light pink and flaky. Even in a tuna salad sandwich it tastes great. So good I rarely use anything else. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it. I've become a Fintastic Afishionado! Thank you Dennymikes for making it available in Canada.
