What a way to end Summer!
WE just love peaches, in all forms, but this compote was outstanding!I would say it is sweet without being cloyingly so, very yummy on top of cheeses or pound cake, ice cream, etc. Thinking of using it as a glaze for chicken!!

Better than preserves with multiple uses
On an English muffin or toast and jam and tea, a dollup on plain Greek yogurt, over ice cream, or just a spoonful right out of the jar! Anyway you serve it is a fantastic treat!

Delicious
Amazing combination of some of your best berries. Thick enough for pancakes and waffles. Over ice cream. Or even just out of the jar.
