Mixed Central States mix with Titian RX and Creeping Red fescue. Seed germinated in 8 days! First cut after 15 days, very impressed with the fullness and color. I’ll need to do some patch repairs, but not much else. Really love the color & already have neighbors commenting. Definitely purchasing this product again!

Great seed!

I used this seed mix to over seed my lawn in south eastern Pa. It is filling in the bare spots incredibly well and thickening up the whole lawn in general. I'll definitely use this Central states mix again next fall!
