Deceptive product description

Described as fixed mount vhf marine radio. What is in box is a gimbal mount removable radio. For fixed mount extra mounting parts have to be ordered. They add 10% to cost of unit , for something advertised as fixed mount (as in flush mount in console.) Deceptive. The good news is upon calling your product help agent , he agreed the flush mount should be part of unit , sent parts free. Prompt and helpful and professional.

Slow

Item works great. Site did not say none in stock however it got back ordered. Then when I finally got the kit. Half of kit was missing. Called them and they sent a new kit pretty fast. Total time from first ordering and getting was about a month.
