Great instructional video for everyone from beginners to coaches. Duane is a great coach so I bought this to learn new methods of teaching. This is a great course to add to your teaching arsenal.

A unique series, showing HOW he teaches (not just WHAT he teaches)

It's hard not to be a fan of Duane Ludwig, considering what his fighters have accomplished. But the amount of value he gives in his videos earns him another level of respect. What I love about this series (and his new series that goes for freaking 3 years!) is that it's done in a linear mode. In other words, I get to actually see how one of the best instructors introduces the various martial arts concepts and techniques to new students -- and the scaffolding of drills he uses to develop them.
