I have incorporated pumpkin into my diet as a staple. Buying canned pumpkin is expensive and heavy, not to mention takes up an incredible amount of space. I much prefer powder form and it is easy to add a scoop or two to greek yogurt in the morning. Pumpkin has zinc, copper, magnesium and other minerals that aid in hormone regulation and mitigate symptoms of PCOS. When taken into consideration how frequently I will be eating pumpkin to make obtaining these benefits from one easy source, it only makes sense to buy pumpkin powder.
