Poor Quality

Although these are a great idea, they physically don't hold up very well. The green one (least tension) split between two finger-openings the first time I used it. Vive sent a replacement set (the entire box of 3 devices); customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, three weeks later, the purple one (most tension) has also split. A close inspection shows that a second tear has also just started. I've only used these for the Basic Extension and Fist Squeeze exercises, not for the more severe Finger Stretch. The design, or the gel-material used, or the manufacturing process is flawed.

I wish I could only purchase the softer two--no need for the other one because it is too hard with my arthritis. I donated that one to the blood bank to help people donate blood faster by squeezing. It makes a comfortable to grip.
