I needed a scooter tank, but did not want the tank that has the screw in fuel pump. This tank fits perfectly and I can use my external fuel pump. Thank you!

I picked up a Tao Tao 50 dirt cheap because it just wouldn't run right. The guy who sold it to me said after he put a "big bore kit" on it , she never ran right again. After some lengthy investigation , I found out the fuel tank had severe rust inside , I used a magnet and scraper and determined the 10 year old tank was the culprit that was clogging up the whole fuel system. Long story - short ...VMC has the factory fuel tank that fits perfect and solved the problem. Iv'e made several purchases from VMC and this company rates A+ for Chinese scooter parts , thanks , Anthony from Boston , Mass.
