Good carbs, good price but pdi needs to be better

I have purchased 2 Nibbi carbs recently and overall I'm impressed with the build quality and price. However, we have had some issues, the first carb needed the mixture screw adjusting as it was turned right in and the second carb wouldn't run until we changed the faulty pilot jet. That said, overall the carbs are now our go to for our bike builds as they perform well and as stated before the price point and overall quality is really good.

Solved my Non Running Issues on my YX 140

I purchased a YX 140 kick start engine for my Sachs Madass, but I ran into a string of problems with the install. The bike would not run with the admittedly old VM22 Genuine Mikuni Carb. I purchased a Clone Kehin PWK 28mm carb, but the bike would barely run and I couldn't ride it. Then I purchased a rebuild kit for the VM22 thinking this would solve my problem, but the kit was not even close to suiting my VM22... So finally I purchase a Nibbi 24mm PE and installed it today. GREAT SUCCESS The bike now runs and rides and I have to do a bit of tuning to get the bike running perfectly. The only disappointment was that the Air Filter I purchased from Nibbi does not actually fit on the carb...
