This was one of the best videos I’ve ever purchased. The techniques taught by Shawn Yacoubian were detailed and very easy to follow. I think anyone from a complete beginner to a professional fighter would enjoy this video!

Great video for beginners. Break down of basic movements for striking. Good drills for heavy bag training.
