60ml Mini Bottle Pairings

I love the taste of both of these as I knew I would! A teaspoon of the Mushroom Sage Olive oil is perfect in sauteed mushrooms, drizzled on smothered porks with mushrooms,or on fried liver with onions and mushrooms. I could go but a little goes a long way. So good! The Cranberry Pear Balsamic is my new favorite balsamic! I have always added dijon mustard and/or mayo to my homemade dressings but this balsamic is perfect on my salads all by itself! What I love the most is that is is not too acidic. It’s just the right amount of sweet and slight tang! Would love a large bottle of both of these! Thank you Saratoga Olive Oil, I needed these and will buy more.

Delicious paring. I could use these by the gallons! Must order more!

Tried the Cranberry Pear Balsamic in a tuna pasta dish, and it gave a lift to the flavor. Haven't tried the Mushroom Sage Olive Oil yet, but all the other SOOC oils have been wonderful!
