Phenomenal training program.

One of the best instructionals I've ever bought. I've bought so many videos, programs, books, and dvds. The concepts are original and you can immediately implement them to your fighters or anyone you're training.

Great drills, great breakdown, Only minor negative was the sound quality. Some echo making it difficult at times to understand what is being said. I'm hearing impair but was still able to figure it out. Closed captions would be great! Great stuff!

This instructional does a great job at breaking down Trevors method of footwork at a conceptual level, explaining the theory behind its effectiveness, as well as at a more instructional step by step level where he shows you a plethora of reliable strategies and movement options that can be used to great success. This is the third instructional I’ve purchased made by or featuring Trevor Wittman, and his thorough compositional quality and coaching ability never fails to impress. One of the best coaches on the site by a mile.
