Jamaican Gold Irish Sea Moss

I'm 54 year's of age and sea moss help me a lot I nolonger have stiff bones or brain fog and I have more energy.

Too soon to tell. Third time buying after a few years being off of it. This batch seems whiter/lighter after leaving in clean drinking water over night. It gets very big so a handful of dry moss goes a long way after it absorbs fresh lemon water overnight. Blending chunks of it with a bit more water makes it look like apple sauce. I have already felt a few more bowel movements after putting a spoonful of the gel into my tea the last days. Will keep taking it.
