Organic Peru, Medium Roast, 2.5lb.

I've bought this coffee several times since December of last year and loved it. Five stars. My favorite overall of all the coffees I've bought this year. I use good grinders and do a Hario pourer. Just bought a 2 1/2 lb and a 1 lb bag. This batch is just not at all like the others. Less flavor, more bitter. I've adjusted grind and timing but to not much avail. I know that coffee is a natural product subject to many natural things.Just wanted you to know. You do not have to publish this review.

Definitely a favorite! Very consistent. Been buying it through Walmart for quite a while now. Now I ordered direct from the maker.
