I was initially disappointed with the delay in delivery as I had selected site after the one recommended by my son's Occupational Therapist advised that the product I wanted to buy was out of stock. I searched for other sites offering the same product and found subject company with product I wanted and with stock available. I purchased on this basis and was disappointed when advised that due to the supplier being out of stock that my delivery was delayed. I explained my predictament to the staff and she then promptly followed up with the Supplier and made sure that I got my product asap. I was promised a delivery date after Easter which was met so overall despite the initial hiccup, I was really satisfied with the service and impressed with the staff's ability and willingness to take ownership to follow up on my request. Thank you.

Great Purchase

My little one will rock on his chair is he is not seated on the wedge so we’re happy with the purchase. He’s in prep so it’s perfect for him at the moment and for a next few years.

Quick arrival in good condition

Very happy with the Move&Sit cushion - it arrived quickly in great condition. It has been a big help with our 4-year-old's concentration.
