This is my favourite safe ouch! It gives a good range of sensations. Helpful for light fiddling as well as regulating the big emotions. Highly recommend

These are actually fantastic. Safe ouch is the perfect word for the experience. Ever get those super deep itches on your heel or palm? The firmer of the two pads does an amazing job of scratching that itch without damaging the skin!

The softer one is great for when I need my fingers to doing something which has helped me bite my finger nails less often. The harder one is great for a controlled “ouch” during moments of stress.
