Stiff Stalk Hat- Distressed Kelly Green

I have bought these in the past but this order is different!!! I bought two hats and both of the hats have different hat manufacturing labels, the one from headmost fits perfectly and the one with the angry minnow label in it does not fit my head when i make it the largest possible. So would definitely be hesitant to order again
